Please allow me to introduce the owners of the Pasco, Nyman and Hudson buildings of NorthPointe Village ("NPV"), the Bohn Group, LLC. Bohn Group is a local privately held company with business interests in the marketing, financial, real estate and online retail areas. Rod Bohn, Debbie Bohn, and Adam Bohn own the Bohn Group. There is exciting news about the growth and developments now underway within a five mile radius of NPV, including 10,000 new homes with construction already underway in Trinity and Long Lake Ranch. (See the "About" section on our web site for details, descriptions of each development and locational maps.) And the largest development, the Bexley Ranch located directly across from the entrance to the Village, has recently broken ground to begin the first phase of development.
Traffic count on SR54 passing NPV is 50,000 plus and growing.
In addition to the residential developments, one company is in the final planning stage for a large build-to-suit facility in NorthPointe Crossing behind the Marriott, Residence Inn, promising to bring hundreds more jobs, (traveling through the NorthPointe Village entrance off of SR54.) to our area. And there are an additional eighty (80) acres available to attract additional up-market businesses.
Thanks to our neighbors' at the Pasco Economic Development Council for their tireless efforts working to attract new businesses.
With the completion of the NPV54.com website, Bohn Group has begun its marketing plans for NPV. We have been busy promoting NorthPointe Village thru commercial real estate brokers (many of whom visited the Village in the past 2 weeks), emails, etc. We are in the process of researching and developing improved and additional signage to increase NPV exposure as well as contacting qualified businesses.
